Do E-Gift cards expire or have any usage fees?

No, our e-gift cards do not expire or carry any fees.

Is there a minimum amount and/or maximum amount I can put on an E-Gift card?

Yes, our e-gift cards have a minimum value of $5 and a maximum value of $1,000 per card.

Is there a maximum amount of E-Gift cards I can purchase?

Purchases of e-gift cards are limited to $2,000 per customer per day.

Are there any fees associated with purchasing an E-Gift card?

No, you only pay for the face value of the e-gift card.

Can I change the value of my E-Gift card purchase or cancel the transaction?

All gift card transactions are final.

Can I send E-Gift cards to myself so I can hand deliver to friends or family?

Yes, you can send yourself e-gift cards. When purchasing e-gift cards, simply enter your information on the "Recipient Information" page. Once you receive the e-gift card via email, you can forward it to others or print it.

How will the recipient know that I sent them an E-Gift card?

The recipient of the e-gift card will receive an email indicating that an e-gift card has been sent to them. These notifications include any messages and images you customized during the e-gift card purchase process.

How will I know that the recipient opened their E-Gift card?

You will receive an email notification when the recipient opens the email containing their e-gift card. You can also track the status of the gift card here by entering your confirmation number and email address.

How long does it take for an E-Gift card to reach the recipient?

All gift cards purchased are subject to credit card and security processing. This typically occurs within 20 minutes, however, it could take up to 24 hours. If e-gift cards are not received within 24 hours, please contact us.

I recently purchased and sent an E-Gift card but it has not arrived. What should I do?

Occasionally e-gift cards are intercepted by spam filters; please check with the recipient to see if their gift card is in their spam or junk folders. It is also possible that the email address was incorrectly entered at the time of purchase; please check the email address you entered for the recipient.

You can also resend the gift card by entering the email address and confirmation number associated with the gift card, then clicking "Track." Once the e-gift card appears, click "Send." Enter the recipient's email address and click "Submit." The gift card will be resent.

I sent my E-Gift card to the wrong email address. Can I send it to a different contact?

To resend your e-gift card to a different recipient, enter your email address and confirmation number on the Tracking Page, then click "Track." Once the e-gift card appears, click "Send." Enter the new recipient's email address and select "Submit." The e-gift card will be resent. (Please note, resending an e-gift card to a new or different recipient does not retract it from the original recipient or prevent the original recipient's use.)

Can I schedule an E-Gift card to be delivered at a future date and time?

Yes! E-gift cards can be delivered immediately (subject to credit card and security processing time), or, they can be scheduled for a future delivery date and time.

Can I buy an E-Gift card in another currency?

E-gift cards are only available in US dollars and can only be redeemed in the US on usa.tommy.com and in Tommy Hilfiger Company Stores. Canadian customers may purchase e-gift cards but are required to have a US billing address.

How do I redeem my E-Gift card?

To use your gift card for an online purchase, simply enter the gift card number and PIN during the checkout process. Please note: You may only use up to two gift cards per order.
