Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free UPS Ground Shipping on all orders over $100 and Kids' orders over $75. By becoming a ShopRunner member, you can receive free 2-day shipping and free returns on all eligible orders.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We offer both Overnight and Second Day shipping. All orders must be received and all payments must be cleared by 1:00 PM EST in order to be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST, on weekends and/or holidays will arrive within two business days for UPS Overnight Shipping, and three business days for UPS Second Day Shipping.

At this time, fragrance and luggage products are not available for Overnight or Second Day shipping. We also do not offer Overnight or Second Day shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and Canada.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship to Canada outside of the United States.

Do you offer gift boxes?

We will carefully pack your item(s) with tissue paper in a premium gift box and secure it with a ribbon for $5.00. Multiple items within a gift order will be presented in one gift box; however some items cannot be placed in a gift box due to size and weight.

If you would like to send gifts to different addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Shipping costs are based on your chosen method. Total shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before order completion. Visit our Shipping Methods & Charges page for more information.

What is ShopRunner?

ShopRunner is a membership-based program that offers unlimited free 2-day shipping and free returns on all eligible items from Tommy.com.

Items that are ShopRunner eligible are indicated by the ShopRunner logo within the product listing. Fragrance and luggage products are not eligible for ShopRunner; however, we do provide complimentary free UPS Ground Shipping on these items. To receive ShopRunner benefits, you must remove any ineligible items indicated in shopping bag. ShopRunner is not available for shipments to Canada.

When will I receive my order?

We ship Monday through Friday excluding U.S. federal holidays. Please allow up to two business days processing time in addition to standard delivery time based on your selected shipping method.

Please note, during high volume times such as holidays and special sales, there may be a slight delay in order processing. Your business is important to us, and we'll make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.

What are the benefits of pre-ordering?

Pre-ordering allows our customers to reserve highly-anticipated items in advance. This is particularly useful when limited-release or runway collections are introduced online before inventory becomes available.

How do I pre-order a special style?

Styles marked 'Pre-Order Today' are pictured online, along with an estimated arrival date. To ensure you receive this limited-release style before anyone else, simply purchase the merchandise as you usually would on Tommy.com. After your payment is processed, you'll receive an email confirmation with an order number. Once inventory becomes available in our warehouse; you'll be the first to receive it. We'll send you a second confirmation email containing shipping and tracking information so you'll know exactly when to expect your delivery. Please note, product launch dates may be subject to change. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your pre-ordered items.

Since pre-ordered items are shipped separately, they will not be sent with any other Tommy.com items you may have ordered. If you ordered pre-ordered items with in-stock items, we'll include them all on your order status and shipping confirmation email, but we'll send a separate shipping confirmation email when your pre-ordered item is shipped.

We're unable to process your order until we receive your payment, so please make sure you have sufficient funds available so you can get your pre-ordered items as soon as possible. If you pay by credit card and your payment is declined, we cannot guarantee that your pre-ordered item will be delivered. If you have any issues, please contact us and we'll work to get this resolved.

I'm trying to place an order but it's not going through, why?

Check to make sure that all of your items are eligible for shipping to your desired location and verify that your address and payment information are correct. Please note, your shipping address and credit card address must match.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, we offer a 30-minute grace period upon confirmation. Please note your order will be processed after 30 minutes. Changes and cancellations attempted after this window will not be validated. At this time we are unable to modify an order. To cancel your order, please call us at 1-888-866-6948.

Can I update shipping information after I place an order?

Upon confirmation of your order, you will have 30 minutes to cancel your order. After the 30 minute period has ended, your order will begin processing and cannot be cancelled. We are unable to modify an order. To cancel your order, please call us at 1-888-866-6948.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your shipment is confirmed, we'll send you an email containing a tracking number so you can check the delivery status of your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for our carriers to update your information into their system.

To track your order, simply log into My Account on Tommy.com and click on the provided tracking number. From there, you'll automatically be linked to the carrier's page, which will show the status and location of your order.

Please note, to expedite deliveries, items from a single order may be shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive multiple shipment confirmation emails but you will not be charged additionally if your order is divided into separate shipments.

You can also track your shipment by logging into My Account on Tommy.com and clicking on the provided tracking number.

If you've pre-ordered an item, you will receive your order and tracking number via email once the item is available based on its inventory availability.

Do I need to sign for my package?

You will only need to sign for a package if your order exceeds $500. If you refuse delivery of an order you placed, it will be returned to our warehouse.

My package arrived damaged, what do I do?

If you receive a package that appears to have been tampered with or is damaged, please contact your carrier immediately so that an investigation can proceed. If you need additional support from us after they begin the investigation process, please contact us. We are here to help.

My tracking status shows 'delivered' but I did not receive my package. What do I do?

For standard delivery packages shipped via SurePost or USPS Priority Mail, please allow 7 business days before contacting the carrier service to report missing items or to initiate a tracing process.

For packages shipped via UPS Ground, UPS Second Day or UPS Overnight, please Contact Us to initiate a Carrier Claim. UPS claim investigations take approximately 2 - 4 weeks to complete.

Please note, Tommy is not responsible for packages that have been delivered to a specified address and signed for.


Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

For orders placed within the United States, we accept returns within 30 days after you receive shipping confirmation. For orders shipped to Canada, we accept returns within 40 days after shipping confirmation. In order to accept your return, items must be unworn with tags attached. Footwear must be unworn and include its original shoebox without post labels.

Please note, items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges or credits.

Can I exchange a product?

At this time, we are unable to exchange products on Tommy.com.

How can I return my item(s)?

Click here to start a return, and follow the prompts to receive a printable, pre-paid shipping label. We will issue a refund, less $6 return delivery, to your original form of payment. To ensure your return is processed and refunded quickly, please include your unused items and the original packing slip with the reason for return form on the back of the slip fully completed. You may also return items purchased on Tommy.com to any Tommy Hilfiger retail store in the USA and Canada by providing your unworn, tagged merchandise accompanied by the original packing slip.

Can I return something I ordered on Tommy.com to a Macy's store?

Items purchased at Tommy.com cannot be returned to any Macy's locations.

What is Final Sale? Can I return Final Sale items?

Items marked 'Final Sale' indicate it will not be restocked and may not be returned or exchanged.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your refund. It can take up to 5 additional business days after the refund is processed for your bank to credit the funds back to your account.

What if I don't have a packing slip?

If you do not have a packing slip, please follow the return instructions above and include the following information:

  • Order number
  • First and last name
  • Mailing address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Reason for return
  • Purchase date
  • Payment method

What if I received a damaged or defective item?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team and provide the order number and item number from your original confirmation email so a representative can assist you with your return. Returned items will be credited to the original form of payment. You may place an order for the replacement item(s) however, availability of replacement item(s) is not guaranteed.

If there is extensive damage to the package upon delivery, contact a Customer Service Representative immediately at 888-866-6948. Please have your order number available when you call.

Do you offer price adjustments?

We do not offer price adjustments at this time.

Canadian Shipping & Returns

What method does Tommy.com use to ship to Canada?

We ship Canadian orders through DHL Express or DHL Global Mail.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the contents of your order and the location to which you are shipping your order, therefore shipping charges can only be provided once you begin the checkout process. For DHL Global Mail, cost is based on size and weight.

All shipping fees inclusive of duties, taxes and brokerage fees will be calculated and added to your merchandise total at checkout, so you will know your total before placing your order.

All shipping-related fees for undeliverable or refused packages are non-refundable and will be billed to the customer's original payment method.

Will I be charged duties & taxes?

Tommy.com orders shipped to Canada will be subject to import duties, taxes and brokerage fees during checkout. The order total presented at checkout will be the exact amount that you will be billed. No additional shipping fees will be charged upon delivery.

How do my charges breakdown?

In your shopping bag, click the details button. You will be able to find a breakdown of your charges there.

How soon will I get my package?

DHL Express: 3-5 business days
DHL Global Mail: 7-20 business days. Please note that local carriers finalize delivery.

Your package will be trackable and all customs, duties and taxes are prepaid for both methods.

How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers are assigned at the time of shipment and will appear on our website along with your order information. At that time, you will also receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. Deliveries may have left our warehouse but have not yet been updated in our carrier's system. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear.

How can I return my item(s)?

We’ll issue a refund for items in their original, unworn condition, with tags attached, within 40 days of shipment confirmation.

If you are returning products purchased at Tommy.com, please click here to start a return, and follow the prompts to receive a printable, pre-paid shipping label. Canadian customers will receive a credit for merchandise in their original form of payment less $9.95 CAD to cover the return shipping cost.

Any duties, taxes or fees assessed by customs for Canadian orders are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not reimbursable by Tommy Hilfiger. If duties and taxes were applied on an order that is being returned, it is up to the customer to contact the local customs office to have that amount refunded. The amount we will refund upon receipt of the returned product will not include these fees. Your Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

At this time we are not able to do any exchanges through our Tommy.com store. It will be necessary for us to process your exchange as a refund and you will need to place a new order.

Payment

When will I be charged?

If you are paying by credit card, you will not be charged until your order has shipped. When paying by debit and bank check cards, your payment will debit from your account immediately.

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes, Tommy.com accepts PayPal payments. Please note that if you are using PayPal as your payment option, you will continue through the standard checkout process. Once you click to submit your order, you will be redirected to PayPal.com to complete your payment. You will have 25 minutes to complete the checkout process and your order will not be submitted until you have finished the process on PayPal.com.

How much will I be charged for tax?

Taxes will be charged based on the applicable state and local percentage and price of your merchandise total and, where required by law, on shipping and handling charges.

How do I find the right size?

Please refer to our size charts that are located in the product descriptions for accurate sizing. Use the following guidelines, along with a fabric tape measure, to be certain you're ordering the right size. Make sure to wear little or no clothing when taking your measurements.

Waist
While keeping the measuring tape horizontal, measure the slimmest part of your natural waistline - above the navel and below your ribcage.

Hips
Measure the fullest part of your hips at the top of your legs - approximately 8 inches below your natural waistline.

Thigh
While keeping the measuring tape horizontal, measure the fullest part of your thigh.

Chest
While keeping the measuring tape horizontal, measure the fullest part of your bust.

Neck
Measure around the middle of your neck (at the Adam's apple) and allow room for your index finger to fit between the tape and your neck for a comfortable fit.

Inseam

What is my European size?

An item I want says, 'pre-order today.' What does that mean?

Pre-ordering is a special service that allows you to reserve a highly-anticipated piece in advance. This is useful when limited-releases or runway collections are introduced online before inventory becomes available.

Styles marked 'Pre-Order Today' are available for advance purchase with an anticipated arrival date. Purchase the style as you usually would on Tommy.com. After your payment is processed, you'll receive an email confirmation with an order number. Once the style has available inventory, you'll be the first to receive it. We'll send you a second email confirmation containing shipping and tracking information so you'll know exactly when to expect your delivery.

If an item is sold out, will it come back in stock?

Since fashion is always evolving, we will not receive any additional inventory once an item is sold out.

How do I care for my Tommy products?

How do I play?

With Bluetooth® kept on, pair your Tommy Jeans XPLORE item(s) that feature smart chip technology by hitting SCAN. Once paired, wear your item to score points and find nearby Tommy Hilfiger Xplore Heart Icon icons on the map to score additional points. Weekly Challenges and other objectives offer even more ways to get points. The best part – you can redeem them for rewards in the Rewards section.

How does Tommy Jeans XPLORE know I’m wearing my item?

Your Tommy Jeans XPLORE item has a smart chip in it that allows the app to communicate with your item when your Bluetooth® is connected.

Is my smart chip product machine-washable and dryer-safe?

Yes! Just don’t wash it above 105ºF and don’t dry it above 140ºF.

Where is the smart chip located?

It varies based on the item, but you’ll know where it is when you see the Tommy Jeans XPLORE logo on a patch. On sweatshirts and shirts it’s on the outside near the hem, on jeans and skirts it’s in the coin pocket, in accessories it can be in the interior pocket, etc.

How do I register?

You can sign up with Facebook or email. If you've already registered, you can click here to reset your password.

I'm having trouble pairing my item.

Is Bluetooth® on? To rack up points you'll need to keep it on. Make sure the item is no more than three feet away from your device.

My item still won’t pair.

How do I get points?

There are multiple ways to rack up points in Tommy Jeans XPLORE:
- WEAR IT: Score points for wearing your item (as long as Bluetooth® stays on) for up to 8 hours per day (160 points).
- FIND Tommy Hilfiger Xplore Heart Icon ICONS: You get 50 points for each one you find with a daily max of two (100 points).
- WEEKLY CHALLENGES: Every week there are new ways to score points. Tap the challenge when you see it on the Missions page to play.
- DOUBLE POINTS: Get two points for every point you earn on Double Point days.
- AND MORE: New ways to get points are coming! They'll show up on the Missions page when they're available.

I'm not getting points.

Make sure Bluetooth® is on and remains on while you're wearing your Tommy Jeans XPLORE item(s). If it's on and you still aren't able to collect points, make sure Location Permissions is set to "Always" by tapping Settings > Privacy > Location Services > Tommy Jeans XPLORE > Always. If this doesn't work, contact our support team at xplore.support@awearsolutions.com.

How many Tommy Jeans XPLORE items can I wear at once?

We love it when you wear your Tommy Jeans XPLORE item(s), and if they’re all a part of your outfit on a given day – that’s great. But it’s important to know the app is very smart and will detect if there are an unusual amount or multiples of an item with you. Don’t risk having your points revoked or a possible suspension of your account.

How do I get rewards?

In the Rewards tab you'll find everything that's available to cash in points for, as well as the rewards you've already redeemed. You can click on each reward to read more about it and redeem it once you've reached the point threshold.

What information does Tommy Jeans XPLORE collect from my device? What is your privacy policy?

Tommy Jeans XPLORE uses your location data to operate the game, reward you for wearing your items and to optimize and improve your user experience. The information you provide us at signup to create your account is kept on file. Location data allows the app to gather information about the types of places users visit (e.g., coffee shops in general) but not the specific places you go to (e.g., People’s Place Coffee on Madison Avenue). We care about user privacy and do not sell user information to third parties.

Can I turn off location settings in the app?

If at any time you would like to disable location settings, go to Settings > Smart Items Connection and make sure all of the tabs are set to off. If you do so, keep in mind you won’t be able to score points.

Is the placement of Tommy Hilfiger Xplore Heart Icon icons leading me somewhere specific? Are these places safe to go to?

Tommy Hilfiger Xplore Heart Icon icons are randomly chosen areas in your city or town, not specific locations or places of interest. The safety of a given area depends on the user, the time of day and many other factors. We encourage users to use their own judgement about what parts of the city they feel safe going to at different times of day or night.

Are PVH associates eligible to play?

No, unfortunately PVH associates are not eligible to play.

If my smart chip chip becomes damaged or falls out, can I get a replacement chip?

We’ll send you a new item if the chip becomes damaged, falls out, stops working or if the item was missing a chip from the time of purchase. Just call customer service at (888) 866-6948 and a representative will help you get a replacement.

Who do I contact if I’m having issues with Tommy Jeans XPLORE?

Is there a limit to the number of rewards I can redeem?

What is Tommy Adaptive?

Tommy Adaptive is our groundbreaking new line of innovative clothing with unique features designed for ease of dressing. Our previous iteration, Runway of Dreams, catered only to apparel for Kids, but this has now been expanded to include Men and Women. Our goal remains the same: to merge the fashion industry with the differently-abled community by introducing innovations into the mainstream.

Is Tommy Adaptive available in stores?

At this time, Tommy Adaptive is sold exclusively on tommy.com.

What are the wash instructions for garments with magnets?

Always consult the individual care instructions for Tommy Hilfiger apparel. Tommy Adaptive garments with magnets generally fall into one of the following three care categories.

Woven-Line Dry (woven shirts, woven dresses, blouses, skirts)
Close all fasteners prior to wash. Machine wash warm. Line dry. Do not iron magnets. Additional care instructions may be found on the garment.

Knits (tees, joggers, leggings, polos, knit dresses, knit tops and tunics, sweaters, sweatshirts, rugbys)
Close all fasteners prior to wash. Machine wash warm. Tumble dry gentle cycle. Do not iron magnets. Additional care instructions may be found on the garment.

Woven-Tumble Dry(chinos, denim, shorts, trousers)

How does the magnetic zipper work?

The zipper is magnetized at the base to connect easily, so you can zip and un-zip using one hand.

Can you use the magnetic zipper jacket with a magnetic shirt?

Yes, our magnets are coated on one side to avoid sticking to metal.

What is the function of the outseam placket?

The outseam placket opens wide at the outside hem to accommodate leg braces and orthotics.

What is the function of the button loop inside the hem?

Hidden button loops allow the hem to be raised up to 4î to accommodate variations in height.

What is the function of the button loop at the waist? How does the adjustable waist work?

We've included a button loop to make it easy to adjust the waist size based on what your needs are.

Are the magnets waterproof?

Yes, our magnets are waterproof, and their strength is unaffected if the garment gets wet.

Will the magnets irritate my skin?

No, the magnets are encased in plastic and sewn into the interior of the garments and do not have direct contact with the body.

Do you use VELCRO ® brand closures on your clothing? What are the features?

We use an innovative version of the VELCRO ® brand product that is softer to the touch, thinner and antimicrobial. It's also quieter and does not pick up lint.

Can Tommy Adaptive magnets be used with a pacemaker?

Please consult with your doctor before wearing magnets with a pacemaker.

How strong are Tommy Adaptive magnets?

While our magnets are strong enough to fasten products with ease and stability, they are also weak enough so one can independently pull them apart with the same effort.
