RETURNS POLICY

HOLIDAY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Purchases made between November 17, 2014 and December 24, 2014, can be returned through January 31, 2015.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS: Gift purchases made between November 17, 2014 and December 24, 2014 qualify for our Holiday Return and Exchange Policy. To process your return, items must be unworn and tags must be attached. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT THAT I BOUGHT AT USA.TOMMY.COM?

Returns must be made within 30 days of your shipment confirmation email. For Canadian orders returns must be made within 40 days of your shipment confirmation email. To process your return, items must be unworn and tags must be attached. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Final Sale items are not eligible for a return, refund or credit.

At this time, Tommy.com only offers UPS return labels for domestic return addresses. The customer is required to pay shipping on return orders sent from outside the U.S.

Please note: By using the pre-paid return label, $6 will be deducted from your refund.

You may also return your products purchased at Tommy.com to any Tommy Hilfiger retail or Company Store in the U.S and Canada. To properly process and expedite the return at the store, you must provide your packing slip. Items purchased at Tommy.com cannot be returned to any Macy’s location.

At this time we are not able to do any exchanges through our Tommy.com store. It will be necessary for us to process your exchange as a refund and you will need to place a new order.

If PayPal is used as a form of payment, all returned products must be sent by mail. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns at our Tommy Hilfiger Retail or Company store locations.

Methods of Returns

There are three return options for most items.

  • Pre-paid Return Shipping (preferred method, available for all orders)
  • Standard Return Shipping
  • Return to store

Pre-Paid Return Shipping

For convenient returns of products purchased on Tommy.com, simply use the pre-paid return label supplied with your original packing documentation. Complete the form on the reverse side of your packing slip and enclose it with your merchandise. If you do not include the completed return form we will be unable to process your return. No postage is required.

Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit in your original form of payment, less adjustments for shipping and handling. By using the prepaid return label, $6 will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 7-14 business days to process your return. Your credit card will show the credit in one to two billing cycles. Please note we do not provide a label for Canadian orders.

CANADIAN RETURNS

If you are returning products purchased at Tommy.com, simply use the pre-paid return label supplied with your original packing documentation and return the package via the DHL carrier option used for the order.

Any duties, taxes or fees assessed by customs for Canadian orders are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not reimbursable by Tommy Hilfiger. If duties and taxes were applied on an order that is being returned, it is up to the customer to contact the local customs office to have that amount refunded. The amount we will refund upon receipt of the returned product will not include these fees.

Your Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

STANDARD RETURN SHIPPING

If you would prefer to use your own shipping method or you do not have the pre-paid address label anymore, please ship your return items to:

Pack merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All products must be unworn / unused and tags must be attached and items must be returned within 30 days of the shipment confirmation email to ensure proper credit. You will need to complete the form on the reverse side of your packing slip and include it in the return package. Refunds will be made in the same manner as your original form of payment, less adjustments for shipping and handling.

Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.

All return shipping charges must be pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable shipping service. Save the shipping receipt with the order tracking number for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited. Keep the Return Order Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.

IN-STORE RETURNS

We will happily issue a refund for all merchandise in original, unused condition within 30 days of your shipment confirmation email date for US and 40 days of your shipment confirmation email date for Canadian orders at any Tommy Hilfiger retail or Company Store free of charge. In order to do so, you must provide your packing slip – no exceptions will be made.
